Where should I park?
There is a lot adjacent to our building and you can park there for free. Please be advised the lot is used for valet parking after hours. Free street parking is also available on Yupon.
Do I need an appointment?
We take walk-ins however, if you want to ensure a specific time/technician please schedule an appointment directly through our online booking system.
Do you offer group appointments?
Yes we do! For appointments for parties 4 and more, please contact us in advance.
How long does it take to remove gel?
To ensure that your gel polish gets removed properly we will block out a 15 minute time frame for this process. We wrap the nails with acetone and wait until they naturally lift to ensure the health of your nails.
How long does gel/shellac last?
A typical gel/shellac manicure/pedicure can last up to 14 days with proper nail care. Our DRIPPED gel services come with a 7-DAY GUARANTEE policy. If your gel nails should lift or chip within 7 days, we will gladly fix them free of charge.
Are gel manicures bad for your nails?
Gel manicures are not bad for you as long as they are applied and removed correctly. The ultimate goal is to maintain the integrity of your natural nails.
What is the best way to maintain my manicure?
Keeping your cuticles and hands moisturized will keep your polish/gel from chipping and will also ensure a longer lasting manicure. Applying cuticle oil daily will do wonders for not only the length of your manicures but also the health or your nails!
How often should I manicure my nails?
The time between manicures generally depends on how quickly your nails grow and your daily activities/lifestyle. It is best to receive a manicure at least every two weeks to ensure the health and maintenance of your nails. Also make sure you speak with your technicians about any nail questions or goals you may have as we are here to help you!
Do we have surveillance?
For your safety, and ours, our premises are monitored with digital video surveillance 24/7.
How late can I be for my appointment?
Appointments will be held for 15 minutes, after this grace period, we consider this as a "NO SHOW" and the appointment may be given away. Please note, that your late arrival will determine the length of your treatment and your service will end accordingly so that the next guest is not delayed.
We reserve the right to refuse service to:
Anyone with a nail condition we suspect may be contagious
Anyone with open or infected wounds on the treatment area
Anyone in ill health that we may suspect may be contagious, or we fear could be harmed by our service
Anyone more than 15 minutes late for an appointment
Anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to our nail technicians and other customers
